evol ruling problem

i control a face down evoltile najasho, inside my deck have 2 evolsaur diplo. my opponent have 1 face down s/t card.

i active evo-force, tribute najasho, after summon a diplo, my opponent active torrential tribute, what will happen???

najasho effect
If this card on the field is Tributed: You can Special Summon 1 "Evolsaur" monster from your Deck.

evo-force effect
Tribute 1 "Evoltile" monster; Special Summon 1 "Evolsaur" monster from your Deck. It is treated as if it was Special Summoned by the effect of an "Evoltile" monster.

evo force resolves summoning and triggering diplo which targets spell/trap(chain link 1),
najasho goes on chain link 2 which would summon diplo (this diplo's effect will go on new chain link after this one resolves)
Torrential is put as chain link 3 as a response to the summon done by evo-force.
Torrential cannot activate at any time other than the situation above. And you cannot respond to the summoning done by Najasho.
