Annastasia try to maybe... unplug the router that connects to your internet while your device is off, then plug it back in, either that or restart, and maybe its a virus? | |

| here is a solution... see if this works. step 1. clear your internet cookies step 2. check to see if your computer needs any updates step 3. Install adobe flash. step 4. restart your computer hope this helps  |

| Well thats the prob my laptop is death esterday i only could be on dn becuase i borrowed a laptop but i think i need to buy a new laptop But it didnt work on phone eather but i will try what you all said ty so much friends  luv you all | |
