for the tuner:
1)can use as shield
2)first effect not longer good if this card never have effect that will trigger when send to graveyard
3)second effect is restrict effect
4)the only good thing for this card is can be a target of all burning abyss card effect, so i suggest run this card at 0-2.
then, for the synchro monster:
1)this card have a good remove effect, but you only can discard burning abyss cards, ofc you can discard graff, scarm and cir to trigger their effect.
2)the second effect..... not so bad, but not good like dante
