Position: Moderator

Activitiy: I log in to XDA and DN everyday for atleast 2-3 hours I can do the same thing here.


Knowledge About The Position: I have been an Administrator on HDA. Furthermore I am event manager at XDA. I know a Moderator is known to keep the chat at harmony by using /kick, /ban,/unban, /cls or the /clear commands. A moderator can also Lock, Unlock, Split, Merge and Delete topics. This means that if someone post something inappropriate and something that violates the rules of the academy a moderator is expected to delete that post.

How can I help NA?: Although a moderator may not be a tester. However I feel that my skills are above average and my rulings are also quite good. I feel that I can also test new members on to this academy. I would also keep the chat and the forums under control making it a pleasant visit for my and our fellow members.

Position to apply: - Administrator


Activity: - I will be(am) active everyday GUARANTEE, i'm talking approximately 9 hours on weekdays. 4pm to 1am 00:00GMT And on weekends I could be active up to 16 hours. Depending if I have anything else on of course.


Knowledge about this position: - What I know about this position is that our primary objective as an administrator is to make sure that the academy runs with efficiency. And that I need the skills to handle many different people and situations within the academy, which I know i posses. Specific skills essential to an effective administrator include good communication and being organized. After planning and organizing, I must ensure that all members now the direction the academy is going. Leading the individuals within the academy to achieve their dreams or goals, giving them as much help as needed. I should also have 'people skills' that can deal with all the different personalities that are within the academy. to be effective I should use the ability of the staff to make this success happen. which involves respect to authority, and fellow members, being strict but fair. and being responsible enough to supervise staff as well. My Experience is quite vast. I have been admins at over 6 different academies. Some of them being the top academies Such as ShadowKnightsAcademy (SKA) which are currently 7th. Also other smaller academies. I've also been moderator and or tester at many other academies like VylonDuelAcademy (VDA) and CyberSoulAcademy (CSA). And I feel moving to NA is a step in the right direction.

What can you offer to NA to make it better. - Well first of all I'm a Damn good recruiter if I do say so myself! xD I'm also active in the chatbox which makes people want to be involved more, I regularly like to hold tournaments. I'm a relatively good coder of CSS, Excel, Javascript and HTML. I've got a good eye for design and can help improve the look of this place, I can do average GFX if the academy is in desperate need. I have good ideas for posts, which can help boost the topic/messages count for the Academy standings. which is always good, and I believe I can do the jobs that an Admin is required to do that I posted in Part 3. I don't see a reason why you can't give me a chance?

Position: Moderator

Activity: everyday, although some days i might not be able to be here because of emergencies, or religous reasons, although i will be here from about 4:00 PM, to 7:30 PM because usually my Quran tutor comes in although those are the timings but only for Mon. to Fri., on Saturday and Sunday for about 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM (somewhere between those two...)

Knowledge: i actually have many bright ideas and of course i am always referring to rules, and i do not like to disobey the rules, so if i just spread this out a little more then people might just learn to make better alliances, and not only that but when admins are not here, people always try to hack, and i have been a mod before so i know my duties are active fully when no admins are available.

Offer: i offer to this academy my friendship, and knowledge of rules of the academy, i love joking around but i do obey when i must and on... although i have many bright ideas to help many people and so i believe i can really brighten up every ones day and get them motivated to duel!      so this is my application, although if it was too long, do not bother to tell me! >_<
