Knowledge about this position: -Well, I did make some tourneys in the past in other academies. So I kinda know how to organize them.

What can you offer to NA to make it better. - IL offer new tourneys, better tourney that I have in mind that will make this a better place

Knowledge: I've been a dorm leader before, I just gave it up when I got busy and didn't have time.

I've been here longer than you, I know how the academy works. It's a position that needs filling.

Tourney Manager
Activity: 3 Hours Daily
Knowledge about this position: I'm in charge of this at another Academy, I have a good Live Tourny history
What can you offer to NA to make it better: Ideas that could and are going to improve the website, I'm good at teaching people how to act as staff members.

No it isnt, all dorm members are equal in skill by dorms, so there is no need to place leaders, all it does is create elitism and will create chaos.

By the way, I have been here longer than you have, and I also know what being leader does to the community.

Knowledge about this position: - As a teacher I provide ruling knowledge, general knowledge, and helpful tips to those who are lacking in such skills. I also post lessons on specific topics that I feel need to be covered or that have been recommended to me. I was a teacher at VDA for a while before and after I became a mod (the demotion from mod was voluntary because I wasn't fully able to focus on my duties due to school.)

What can you offer to NA to make it better. - Lessons on topics, ruling knowledge, general knowledge, and deck building knowledge on specific decks and even other decks that are given to me. I usually offer 1on1 lessons over skype or DN if you feel that you need them.

Um. Dorm leader is a legitimate staff position here. For someone who has been here a while, you know this as well.
