Generally i can see me, needing to poke a admin once in awhile for roleplay stuff, or simple bonus events.
Adjusting Dice, making Dice. Maybe giving a member a Title/ Bar near their name.  So instead of me bugging an admin for such things. Create a stuff Inbox or whatever Topic.

Well, testing is one of the few things. This doesn't really work for since it requires both parties to be online at the same time. Though if you have testers who are not admins, they can post here that someone needs a dorm up.
