Okay, so since there has been some confusion about the tournament rules recently, this is going to be a Sticky Announcement and won't be changed until further notice.
All Tournaments MUST be in the TCG format only, whether it's normal tournaments, lives or even Rank-Ups.
Only exception goes if all the members agree to have a different tournament with OCG cards.
