Dark Bribe System

So basically to balance the assassination system we have decided to add something called the "DARK BRIBE SYSTEM"

How it works:

-The buyer will pay an assassin for an assassination on the target.

-The price that was paid by the buyer, will only be known between the buyer and the assassin.

-The person targeted for the assassination has once chance to outbid the buyer without knowing how much was paid.

-If the target does not outbid the buyer, then the assassination will continue as normal.

-The assassin can not decline a bribe if he outbids the buyer, as this would make the system void.

Warning:Both the assassins target and the customer can only use dark bribe once per assassination.....

seeing as neither you or the customer will know how much dp was offered to the assassin, ordering an assassin now has its risks...

Yeah, Phantom came up with the idea and I just helped tweak it a bit. I think it will balance the system out.

So let's get this sorted and out in the open so no mare confusions are made.

The way me and Phantom posted these, is made so that the target has a chance to outbid the buyer and the assassin only declines the bid if the target doesn't outbid the buyer. Now we have an assassin who just says "I'm straight up now accepting any dark bribes" can he does this? Because if he was to do this, this would make this whole system void and not worth being a system. I'm just trying to figure out what the rules are because I don't want the same thing to happen to me if I become a target.
