So with the set BOSH not coming out in a while, we have a look at some of the cards being released. One of them being Solemn Notice.

(1) Activate 1 of the following effects by paying 1500 LP.
-When a monster effect is activated: Negate that activation, and if you do destroy it.
-If either player would Special Summon a monster(s): Negate that Special Summon, and if you do destroy it.

Discuss.

Probably will be sided for any pendulum deck and probably main decked in some decks, because it's nearly a Solemn Warning with a smaller cost and more than one option. So meh.. xD

its an even better solemn imo,maybe the best we got since judgment got hit again

Yeah, I feel like this is better than Warning in most scenarios, but unlike Warning, Notice only does inherents, with the addition that you both pay less and you also get to negate monster effs.

Yeah I suppose so, I can imagine this being a rather popular card. 1500lp doesn't seem nearly as much as 2000lp, and even though it's only 500 less, I imagine it will still be amazingly popular with a lot of people.
