Macro cosmos x3

That's the thing though, running something at three, will more than guarantee that you will draw it often. That's why people max out on amazing cards, so they can draw into them.

macro cosmos is a floodgate and is at 1 because it hurts most of the decks. putting it to 3 would simply be bad for the game. locking this to prevent further cancer.
