this one is not as good mate... you sort of messed up this one 

- blending of the render not really well done
- the original render of lulu had a really really nice color pallete to work with....why didnt u use it o.o
- you have no light source
- you overdo things like the blood thing with watever is behind it....it just doesn't work mate kinda looks like it was all thrown together in 5 mins
- you should experiment with the text and fonts more so you get something that flows better 
try looking some up on dafont.com or other sites that give out free fonts on google
- gfxing isn't something you can really put together a whole bunch of random things. you got to make sure things flow and things work well together everything in this piece contradicts one another 

i know you have the ability to make good gfx are...hell everyone does if they put their minds to it and learn the craft but it takes practice and experimenting to see what works and what doesn't
