| only some time will used this, actually, i think it will never happen.
you have a skill drain, and a face up malefic bewd
you activate book of moon, target is malefic bewd
you summon another malefic bewd
you activate book of taiyou target is your face down malefic bewd
and now, your opponent activate mst, target is your skill drain
malefic monster effect never write about this, but you will force to send on them to graveyard. thus, if a scene like this happen that will break the rule, i believe it will trigger hidden game mechanic to remove those thing that will against the card ruling and nothing can stop it after the mst is resolved.
