 this is my first time i not sure my ruling is correct or not......

i just watch a duel and there meet this situation

1) player A summon a galaxy-eyes photon dragon with starliegevlord galaxion effect.

2) player A's galaxy-eyes photon dragon atk a monster and activate galaxy-eyes photon dragon to banish and return to field.

3) player B summon silent honor ark and activate effect........

now the problem come, player A say galaxy-eyes photon dragon already banish and return to field, it is not longer a special summoned monster and silent honor cannot target it with effect==

ok, i have 2 set ruling skill is fighting in my brain

normally when a monster flip face down, remove from field......
those special effect that aplied in that monster will all reset.

but i dont know this thing is down to this categories or not.........

this is my first time i not sure about my ruling...........

hope an admin can explain it, and dont just say can target or cannot target.............

Thing to understand is before the effect of galaxy eyes photon dragon was even activated... it was special summoned... the effect meerly removes it from the field temporarly..... so silent honor ark effect will still work on galaxy eyes.
