new chat command for mods and admins

I think we should make a new chat command for mods and admins. I think all mods and admins should be able to mute normal ppl from the chat so they cant talk. I think ppl should get muted before a kick and after a warning. the mute time lengths would be determined by what someone is saying.

edge u come back from like a month of inactiveness and thats all u gotta say, also that is quite a bad idea cos u can just temeporarily ban ppl

I got the mute idea from pokemon showdown. like I said it was just an idea.

I'm not sure you're able to create new chat commands, and if you are then it's not really a great idea, for the simple fact we have all the commands we need to deal with a situation in which someone would get "muted" such as kicking them from the chat and banning them. It's a lot easier than going through the hassle of creating a new one.
