Deck Build - 14/25
Your deck is too inconsistent with too many one-ofs both main deck and side deck. I'm not grading it off of suggestions, but stop maining wolfbark and photon thrasher. It seems negligible and didn't do much for you during the game. Shadow-Imprisoning mirror is almost no longer relevant through this game, and even if it is, it should NEVER be sided at 3. I'm not trying to be pushy, but the deck could use lots of work. Extra deck is decent.

Skill - 14/25
Your general skill came down to protecting the board and using cards at the correct time, which didn't happen most of the time. Your omega did have me there, and while there were a few moments when you could've done stuff, you were basically thrown off by locks and timing cards to stop your opponent. I had you both games, but you sided what was appropriate, which was nice. However, your side deck needs serious work. You need more backrow hate and less DARK hate.

5 for control of duel, 6 for siding and side deck, 3 for general skill or nice moves


Ruling knowledge - 8/10
You missed out on understanding what Threatening Roar actually does. When your monster declares an attack and you chain that card, the attack still goes through since you didn't activate it to prevent it in the first place.

Misplays and Corrections - 5/10: Wasting honest on your sheratan was one. The T.roar was another. Missing timing on overworked and torrential when you could've gotten rid of horse prince and rooster was a thing that you should've looked on. Not activating Omega in response to fiendish chain or OVERLAYING into m7 was another. Watch your rulings and mistakes man. It could really cost you games.

Just because someone doesn't do so well in a re-test doesn't automatically make them any less better of a duelist than they were before. If they were in a higher dorm and scored lower no way should they be demoted. Even VDA don't have that rule and they have some harsh testers over there. I find this rule ridiculous and outrageous and I will do everything I can to try and get that changed.

A demotion seems fair JD. Especially because in some cases people don't necessarily deserve promotions just because they had one good game as well. But better luck next time Chaz xD

That is true JD but there are also times when a testee opens with a GOD HAND and gets obelisk or another high dorm when they are ra level or something like that. In which case they are placed into a higher dorm than they should be. So that is also a problem and unless you change the rubric to several duels this can be argued both ways.
