It has been decided that sparkles and glows will be removed the shop and usergroups except the following founder admins champion shadow duelist chaos white
Furthermore... all users will be that have had their sparkles and glows removed shall have their 1000 dp refunded...
Sparkles and glows can only be obtained by winning tournaments
