Suggest me a good non-mainstream xyz or sychro deck..

I want to try other types of decks (cuz I only got to the era of Fusion and tried other decks).. Can you guys suggest a xyz or sychro that is good but not everyone uses them? thank! :3

Xyz Starter --> Utopia Level 4 Spam!

Synchro Starter --> Teledad

I find utopia too mainstream.. though i have no idea what teledad is.. any other suggestions?

Hmmm... Gimmick Puppet is a good old time XyZ Deck

Wind-ups, Raid Raptors, Zombie, Galaxy, or Hieratic for Xyz

X-saber, Yang zings, blackwings, Quasar variants, 3 axis FF if that counts, and Psychics for Synchros.

@Infinite Nightmares: That deck sounds interesting.. I might want to check that one out.. still. the Gimmick Puppet Egg Head is really creepy.. hahaha

@Fallen: I don't what do you mean by "Zombie" for the xyz.. Care to elaborate?

Zombie Xyz. It involves using Mezuki, Zombie Master, and blu blooded oni to swarm the field using rank 4 Xyzs. I forget the ccombo but they use laval chain to dump zombies and get them back. And with 3 book of life, 3 mezuki, and 3 zombie master the deck can put 2-3 rank 4s. Its a pretty fun deck. Alternatively, you can also run Vampires.

is it easy to put off? as you can see, I am a beginner at xyz..

I think it is rather easy to pull off not sure if its beginner friendly haven't played the deck in years. I can give you a general skeleton of the deck and its main combo.

2-3 pyramid turtle
2-3 goblin zombie
2 Summoner Monk

Spells
3 Book of Life
3 MST (I always run 3)
1 Foolish Burial

Evilswarm Exciton Knight

Other generic rank 4s

Combos goes something like this.
Make Lavalval chain somehow. use effect to send either blue blood oni or Mezuki whichever is NOT IN your graveyard if both are great send another mezuki. use mezuki effect to summon Oni, use oni effect to Summon another zombie.

From there you can continue to make laval chains or make some powerful Rank 4s to get rid of problem monsters.

so technically.. I only need to rely on summoning xyz to win? All other monsters I have in my deck don't have to be that useful?

Lol well all the monsters there either need to be in your hand, deck, or Grave to work xD But Xyz's Effects and Attack Power actually make it a plus

Essentially yes. Xyz Summoning is how this deck can function. It doesn't have a "Boss" monster per se. Which is the case in most Xyz decks.

Evilswarm might be the kind of deck you are looking for. Its simple, and not too mainstream. Plus it has a Xyz boss that have the highest ATK of all Rank 4 monsters that cost 2 materials. But that deck also Xyz Summons as its main out. Decks that can do both Xyz and Synchro are decks like blackwings and infernity.

Lol Yes, Evilswarm stop most decks that have High Level Beaters.

so they can't summon monsters like blue eyes with this deck?
