When a "Utopia" monster is Xyz Summoned to your side of the field: You can pay 500 LP; draw 1 card. You can only control 1 "Xyz Change Tactics".

1)this card is really bad, because need to pay 500 life points and only can be activate when you summon a "Utopia" monster, but now this card can let you draw 3 cards when you xyz summon "utopia c39"^^

2)activate this card, xyz summon 1 "number 39: utopia", pay 500 life point to draw 1 card, xyz summon "c39utopia ray" by using the Utopia monster you just summoned as xyz material, pay 500 life point to draw 1 more card, at the end, xyz summon "s39 utopia the lightning" by using "c39 utopia ray" as xyz material, pay 500 life point to draw 1 more card.

3)this is why this card's name is xyz change tactics, now with new "utopia" monster, you can draw 3 cards in one turn. but this card is still bad because this combo will cost you 1500 life points.

LP doesnt make a card bad, im pretty sure if ppl are preppered to give the opponent 3000 from upstart 1500 lp is a gud amount lol.

Yes its draw power and its not limited to once per turn like that other card c.c so i think its gud

have discussions on cards that people care about/could be competitive. who cares if a utopia decks gets a plus 2 out of it, they gonna lose to a good deck anyways. #exciton
