retarded hunder/d-ruler hybrid deck

Okay, so was wondering if I could make a better version of hunders.so here is the hybrid D-Rulers/Hunders build:

Only one MOP because I'm more into swarming but I do like that control aspect at times. SC @ 2 because I find 3 to be too cloggy
Birds(maxx, just stahp please, Virus and most of the traps are there for future mirror duels in singles.
Side deck is for mirror matches.

General strategy is to stall until I get Thunder Spark dragon/Stardust, then nuke field, then watch him get nuked himself, summon another one via recycling batteries, then Summon Blaster via banishing 2 Thunder Sparks etc. I don't have a lot of dragon monsters in my regular deck so I like having them in my extra deck.

The deck doesn't really work that well so it's surprising when it wins. So...please halp.
