Part 1) The application must be reviewed and examined before anything else goes on. The people in charge of this can decide not to give the applicant a chance to test if they believe it is not worth it.
Part 2) The Ruling Quiz, Phantom already has a quiz gotta score 10/15 and above to procceed to the next step
Part 3) The Person in charge will have to have a "Test Duel" with the applicant where the applicant will have to imagine that he is in the scenario of the tester and that it is a "mock test" where after the duel he will submit mock results and how he would grade the supposedly "Testee"
Part 4) Depending on how well the applicant did on part 3 this is where the final decision of giving or rejecting the applicant will be made.
