Lately we have noticed that a lot of our staff members have not been performing their duties.... while activity is important we also need staff to perform their duties when active.... Furthermore it seems lately a lot of our applicants have been applyling mostly for the color rather then rhe responsibility.
As such the following has been decided... Anyone who does not actively perform their duties will result in their demotion...
