| To be honest, you're over reacting. I'm not sure why you're attempting to leave, but you've been doing your best in your job, regardless of decisions some may have not agreed on.
Second, if you're leaving for the "academy's sake" you wouldn't leave at this time. You'd know when to leave and when not to leave. Leaving at this time is complete trouble and you know it yourself, especially the head admin who had stayed like forever in this academy should never leave this way.
I hope your seriously think about this again and may you come back to your senses. | |
