Well, no teachers. I think teachers are a very important part of the academy, because they teach every member new stuff. The whole point of an academy is to enjoy urself AND to learn new stuff. Well yeah....

We do need new teachers, but no one applies for that job, and when they do, they're usually not of a good enough standard to teach others. We'll try the best we can though. I'll bring back some oldish topics I posted and carry those on for now, but great suggestion, we really appreciate it.
