as for the tiers...the new banlist will cum out on Dn in 4 days so...i would wait for the new one....if ur eager to play right now...just ur usual TELLARS,SHADDOLL/CLOWN,NEKROZ/CLOWN,QLIPHORT,BA
we also have Noids and other shit for the current one...as for the new one that is about to come, here are my thoughts:
Kozmo (new archetype)
Majespecters (New archetype)
Magicians/performapal/clown (New Archetype)
Tellars (they still have Skybridge...they just don't have 3 ROTA now)
Ba (limited graff and semi cir wont stop the flood that much)
Qli (the lost another scout and they lost 3 towers....but we have a comeback card : QLIMATE CHANGE) plus the fiend brothers are helping us along with our lost skybridge
shaddolls are literally ded (rip construct and el shad fusion)
nekroz are literally ded (every card got banned lmao)
and etc that will prob surprise us all with its comebacks
