I do not personally agree with this issue. He should be able to wait out on being tested, and placement doesn't always need to be immediate. I hope someone from staff considers this statement.

Seeing this, I will also make a note that he is permitted to wait out for a small amount of time for his test. Just because he refuses today doesn't warrant an auto-placement to Slifer. If he takes too long, it's reasonable but in any other scenario, I say he can wait.
You can await other Admin approval, but I feel they'll say the same.

That's right he can do the test later whenever he is ready, the placement doesn't need to be immediate. ShadowMonarch please join the chatbox when you see a tester online and ask to be tested.
