It has come to my attention that some testers have not been making their testees take the ruling test. Now I cannot stress to you how important it is that the ruling test is complete by testees when they are taking their test. So as head of testing, I want all tester's to enforce the ruling test on their testee's every time, and if for some reason a rulingtest cannot be completed at that given time please place a (N/A) and the reason for the test not being completed for the ruling test results and I will review the case and do the best I can to fix the issue.
