Yugioh NDA dorm wars

In this new rp in a distant future of the origional yugioh storyline where kaiba corp new owner seto kiba the fifth he now set up a new academy known as north duel academy on the Hawaiian islands. This new academy is now new dorm system calls sunbird dorm and Trent's dorm. Within these dorms nether of them have anymore difrences then identical twin siblings except for there rivalry to become better then there opposite dorm. In These academy it has been given major advances in dueling tech such as new custom duel disks and duelrunners.  

Now I am open to suggestions in which how anyone wants the story to be changed or added.

everyone has a immportant part in the story. Also what everyone is chosen at random to be put into each faction and if your not happy you can ask someone on another team and ask to trade and you and that other person will be switched. So have fun and remember this is like a tourney or a war team duels.
Teir 1-2 are banned so is exodia decks , burn decks , pendulum decks, and you have to send me or admins your deck for approval. Also decks can't have side deck and every time a student or character duel a  dorm member or opposing dorm member will get academy currency which can be used to buy packs and new deck to help custimize the deck but can't use any cards out side of the cards given from the pack or starter deck. but you can also buy other items with the currency known as NDA points with these points you can customize your duel disk or duel runner , you can buy clothing food , or extra curricular activities that interest you besides buying cards.

Yes and just to quickly summarize so basically its dorms all people with different roles each one trying to beat each over.

Yes but there will be a villain that will appear in the story. But we just want to start it off slow.

When's the official start date for this? Also,before you said something about creating 2 characters? How will that work?

Hmm I think if we get all 6 I think we won't have that feature unless something happened to your charicter. But if you want 2 charicters you can but you can't have them in the same dorms or duel yourself you need someone with a copy of your deck to duel agenst you so it would work in that specific way. But I'm working on a villan that will try to control you if you lose to him . If you lose to him or her you are a servant and cannot disobey or question his or her whims.
