| I feel like konami were trying to screw with us a little bit here cus so much hype for 95, then they ban the rulers to almost kill the deck, then they unban the baby rulers for the lolz, like, theres so much other stuff that doesn't deserve to be banned and yet it is, and yet of all things, they bring these things back? | |

| they didnt unban the babies for the lolz. they were banned because they summon the big'uns. without the big'uns theyre literally just tiny dragons. no reason for them to be on the list anymore.
also, like, i hate to state the obvious but....MARKETING PLOYS?
what better way to make money and keep the format balanced than by releasing a card that breaks cards already out and then ban those cards so it wont break them after the card has already sold.
