wow, look like many archetype is starting to get his own field spell^^
(1) If you have no cards in your Extra Deck and control a Tribute Summoned monster while your opponent does not control a Tribute Summoned monster, your opponent cannot Special Summon from their Extra Deck.
(2) Tribute Summoned monsters you control gain 800 ATK during damage calculations when they attack an opponent’s monster.
(3) Once per turn: You can have 1 monster with 2800 ATK and 1000 DEF in your hand lose 2 Levels until the end of the turn.
1)for the first eff, because now field cannot easily destroy like before, so this card may become a lock down to your opponent.
2)for the second eff, it will make your monarch become a 3200 or 3600 beater when atk(almost no monster can easily def it)
3)for the third eff, i think i need to do more research to understand this eff(will update later)
