Is this really necesary?I think that all admins should have an equal power,to mantain the balance and avoid ppl from going power mad,maybe instead of getting a head admin,get a couple of admins and make all decision by a vote where majority(3 or more) is needed 4 the action to get trough,+ more admins mean less troubles and more balance
