Sooo I downloaded ygopro today but when I went to join the servers it keeps saying loading servers and I am not allow to host either. What do I do to fix this???

Also in regards to your problem it sounds like you need to update your ygopro software...
Solutions #1: Download and install a brand new ygopro from the ygopro website.
Solution #2: Download and install the update manually on your current ygopro software.
