| Sorry i havent been able to do a HW, NA has been a bit weird for me latley. So here, i want to see who the best ra is, there have been a few arguments, and i already think i know who it is, but will i be surprised?
This will start on October3rd and thisis how to sign up:
Forum name (if its differnt then your dn name)
DN name: Compulsory.
Deck: The decks will be locked even after you lose, any deck changing = disqualify.
Time Zone: GMT+""" or whatever, or just say your country and i will work it out .
Prizes:
1st: Custom Rank of Ultimate RA and 1000 DP
2nd: 500 DP
There will be no 3rd prize but i will be choosing someone to give 500 DP to for Effort of doing homework and trying his/her best to improve.
