New Rules on Academy Teams

Me and Phantom disscused this and we came to conclusion that we should make a pool, if we should change the rules of the teams in here.

First of all I think that the rules arent balanced and we can change the max number of members on it wich will be 8, in that way we will have more teams and more rivalry. Secondary, we can add a new rule that a team musst contain: 1 leader and 1 co-leader that can be in every skill level, but the other 6 members musst be: 2 obelisk or higher, 2 ra and 2 slifer, so this way we keep the team balanced.

If this rules are accepted we will reset the teams

More members would mean that there are less players available to join new teams. Leave the member count to 6 and subs to 2 is what I would suggest. Just so that there are more so a higher chance of event becoming more popular. Once there are like 5+ teams u can change the rule if the team leaders accept or something like that.

I am against the making the clan memebers numer to 8.
I am totally against that. Also if the clan for example doesnt have obys it cant war. Ithink that the ranks oby ra slifer are not really diffrent from eachpother these days. So that can be concidered bullshit too. slifers are better then obbys. I think that wouldnt really balalnc the teams.
Also the idea for exams everymonth meanss alot of people swith then. If that happens what possibly will happen teams for the war ace to me formed again.

people see AGRO FEMME as a inner war team while its a clan. I am just making my statement because many people forget that but put the war teams at 8 tht would be better i think then Teams can b esure they have enough people atround

yeah i like the idea,but if we could crank up the numbers of players in each team.
