| what this would entail is
- picking a character (ie kaiba,joey, yusei,etc)
- Building that characters deck
- competing in a tcg/ocg/anime card format styled tourney
What this means is that anime only cards will be allowed... cards such as http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_of_Sanctity Read the anime effect What do you think?
