MARIJUANA, LEGAL? SHOULD IT OR SHOULD IT NOT?

So, life around the world has been changing because of this drastic mind set the world is drifting towards to legalize marijuana...now what are your thoughts in the matter? should it be legal around the world? what would be the consequences? what will be the benefits? and the cons...id love to know.

Its this a legal thread to talk about? xD

Btw,i say yes,it will boost the economy and to be fair,is less dangerous than other drugs like alcohol and cigarrets,nevertheless it should be regulated in order to keep things cool and not having weird situations,but it shouldnt have to be a problem,ask Anna or Bayar,they are from Holland and there the marihuana is legal.

I'll answer this the best way i can.

It needs to be decriminalized first and foremost. The fact that people go to jail over possession of it when much worse criminals are out and about is ridiculous, let alone that it puts a strain on available citizens with drug testing, i understand wanting to keep meth heads, heroine addicts and coke junkies away from your workforce since those are big risks, but i dont think ive ever heard of a pothead totally cleaning out someones office/workplace over weed.

Legalization is a big risk but there is almost no end to the wonders of Cannabis as a plant, it makes biodegradable plastic, thread, paper, wood(can use the same amount of land as trees and produce same amount of wood in 1/4 of the time), and literally hundreds of other things, it's seeds contain vital nutrients and can be used as a supplement to your diet in hard times. It threatens a large amount of interests in congress in several fields(paper/logging industry, Clothing industry, Food industry, Plastic industry) and will take a lot of progress and turnout on america's part before the discussion really begins.

I don't really care.Weed make's you relaxed.

i say yes cause 1 it lowers the risk of cancer and 2 you cant overdose yet panadol can kill people if they have over 3-4

GLAUCOMA
TUMORS

It doesn't directly cure it, it helps to cure it. That's why in some places doctors and hospitals prescribe what's know as medicinal marijuana. Also, in response to EmberLake's comment , it is possible to overdose on Marijuana. "A smoker would theoretically have to consume nearly 1,500 pounds of marijuana within about fifteen minutes to induce a lethal response."

I mean here we have npo problems
sure there are rules and there is a limit you can carry with you but you can just sit next to a police officer if you want ask him if he wants a joint too and just smoke
tbh i do not use it anynmore alrwady for like a half year but still no one cared and there are no problems with it over here
It would be better because then everyone can go legal and no one has to do dangerous things or sneaky things to stay out of jail
Peopleget it if they want anyway and it happens everywhere
so why wouldnt you make it legal
the people ould have less stress and would be happier because there are less crimesand less voilence and then we get a little more piece on this world and are we a small step closer to piece everywhere
