Should We Have Live Tourneys? (vote now)

Do you think we should have live tourneys instead of weekly tourney events?


The reason why I came up with this idea is because  when we host weekly tourneys, it doesn't seem like they are active much.....This is probably because of timezones.

With live tourneys we wouldnt have to worry about timezones as they would be done in a single day.

If we do this though we would have to set a scheduled date and notify everyone of that date before hand.

What do you guys think? Should we do it?

Aint even necessary to schedule. Just let the admins take care of it in the chatroom.

When they ask, who wants to join. And even if it's only a 4player tourny, it can still be fun.

I agree, we should have live tourneys, makes a lot more sense in my eyes.

Do we have tourny organizers?

Give dates out 3 days before the events. All decklists must comply with chosen format(if any) and be turned in to organizer no later than an hour before event starts. Signup also closes at this time. Absentees will be given gamelosses/ matchlosses after 5/10 minutes into the round, respectively. EOMP will be observed to reduce wasted time.

basically im down to organize a few tournaments here and there but we need other hosts to rotate with every other weekend so everyone gets a break and a chance to participate, i would recommend at minimum 3-5 so everyone has a week in a month to take care of

I suggested it a few times in CB but never enuff replies althoug im very down for it

I guess we will do live tourneys then.
