| I'd like to thank you all for the support and greetings. As Head Tester, I will oversee tests and see what's appropriate and whatnot. In addition to testing, I'd like to take a chance to meet up with the current testers and essentially do a "clean-up". What this means is that - with permission from the admins - I will test your tester abilities and see if you can keep your job. I know this will seem harsh and different from what was expected in NA, but this is the proper way to assure tester credibility and provide the most proper results for your skills.

| Phantom that is dumb. Tho i am new here i will voice my opinion. Allowing every staff member to test is just a bad idea. One i can gurrantee that you have weak duelists as staff members plus you completly glossed over rusty's reasoning for testig testers. He wabts to make sure that the testers aren't too weak or way too strong. Having strong/weak testers greatly change how someone scores and is placed in a dorm. For example lets say i deem someone slifer red but then someone weak could deem the same person obelisk blue. For that reason don't allow every staff to test only allow testers and admins to test. Also you can give people dual staff, like someone who is primarily a mod but is also a tester when primary testers aren't on. | |

| Lelouch I don't think you should have mentioned killua's name as the "weak dueler". kinda Dick move. (I edited his comment to remove Killua's name) | |

| Other than that,he could have a point. Why have weak staff test someone that's good, but could give them a crappy score.Or they give them a high Obby score .It will just show that everyone will go for that tester,in particular for a easy way into Obby.In conclusion,Rusty should meet up with the testers,we have now.

| This isnt a debate.. if you hadnt noticed in the past we were too dependent on testers and teachers which I may add were lazy.....
we are not going to depend on a single group of staff to test new members because it hurt us... the idea im using currently actually conributes to why the site is active...
Maybe in the future when we can find a group of testers and teachers that are super active and dedicated we can use this idea.... but for now thats not an option....
Judging by this activity we are gonna need at least 15-20 active and dedicated teachers and testers..... If you can find this many then we will go with this idea.... but for now its not up for debate.... topic locked.
