Mermails vs Fire Fist (which one has the deck advantage)

Both seem very formidable, but the question is which one has the deck advantage?

Yes but with mermails you have to discard alot... fire fists dont seem to have that big of a cost.

I've been in the site since 2012 and what i saw is 70% both matchups is Fire Fist won the game.

mermail and fire fist boss monster's effect just very same.

fire fist advantage is base on relationship/combo between fire formation and fire fist monster, if one of them got is absent, fire fist will face a advantage problem.

mermail advantage is base on graveyard effect, if no useful card in hand or unable to use graveyard, mermail cannot stay very long.

i believe mermail will gain advantage since mermail have stronger removal power than fire fist.

Yah if u use macros or dimensianol prison then mermails are pretty uch dead

pfft fire fist. Like af i have seen this match up quite a bit and ff comes on top most. But in my opinion mermails should have the advantage
