War vs VDA?

Hello, fellow NA members, I'm Head Admin and Executive War Manager for one of your affiliates; Vylon Dueling Academy.

I come here today to formally request a war (in the future) against NA. As our good friend Jaguar101 has mentioned several times, the war that we previously had last format was definitely one of the most intense, and well-enjoyed wars that VDA has ever experienced. All members who participated in that war on VDA's side has agreed so without any hesitation. Therefore, we have decided (if NA approves) that VDA and NA should have friendly (or serious) wars every format with the same conditions and rules everytime (again, if approved by admins).

Anyways, I understand that you are at war with YGODA, as will we in a few days, but in perhaps 2-3 weeks time, we would like to officially have a good war again with our allies.

Well, now that all that's done and done, the war rules that I'd like to agree upon would be:

• 8v8 (Yes, this is a large number, but it is also agreeably the most fun)
• Hearts format
• 16 hearts per team
• TCG Only
• April 2014 banlist
• Decks locked after win
• Decks unlocked after loss
• Banned decks: The usual stuff. Alternate win and Burn.
• All duels done in 2/3 match.

I would totally agree about the most intense war ever.

We can agree with this on one condition. Primal origin will be available to all members of DN. I believe we should be allowed to use these cards.

Every other part of this we can totally agree with

Yes, all cards from PRIO will be allowed for the upcoming war. I didn't mention anything about it in the banned section, so it's a-ok. I'll also link a list to all cards in Primal Origins in the original war thread when it is made. And also, yes, we can do 8v8 with 2 subs, but we will have to go over substitution rules whenever you're available.
