Maybe we could do something like a usergroup/userbar called the recruiters. The people who become recruiters are ppl who recruit _____ amount of ppl to the acad and recruiting counts as the person they recruited getting tested and posting at least 50 posts.

Not really ... I don't see the point

The whole idea is 1. Alot of ppl get bored with just yellow, red or blue this will give them an oppurtunity to earn a better colour. 2. This will increase members and posts.

the color itself is to manage ur skills/position in the acad. or atleast to show what you got and what u can improve on, as well as a point to show ur representation towards the dorm u were assigned. red blue and yellow are the key colors, having a different color is part of staff management and should stay as such. and unless by certain criteria met should we give them a different color i.e ORICHALCOS Achievements and such. so in conclusion, your reason isn't as validating as it can be. but the suggestion is an entertaining one at best.

Yes I like banner really don't see much of a point in this first of all members have been joining by the forumotion position which were in third also I don't really think this Idea will do what you say...
