help, login isssues

For some reason, this website isn't working for me. I can't get into the chat, and everytime I log in, it automatically logs me out.

I recomend talking to Prince kaizer as she is good with tech and may help

I tried NA on 3 browsers. It still doesn't work well for me. I sent PMs to both Celestialus and Prince Kaizer, hopefully they will help.

This problem is completely within your internet service provider. I have checked North Academy's database, Javascript (Browser based) and have not seen anything wrong with it.

Please be minded that the graphics of the academy also has something to do with this problem. The # of graphics also alters the person's internet so it is highly recommendable that a forum does not use a lot of images.

Also, when I checked, I noticed that the main banner is hosted in Photobucket. Photobucket consumes a lot of time to load and will only slow down once the browser has gathered enough cache from the site and for your case, it might have not.

Tips:

#1 Refresh your page 5 times until you can get in the chatbox
#2 Move your internet to any place that has a stronger signal
#3 Check your internet statistics to see if it's fast enough to handle the site
#4 Close all tabs and only have NA open, that way, you can see if NA lags completely for you.

There are a lot of factors to make a forum lag, but so far, in NA, majority of the cases has something to do with graphics.
