Reasoning Behind InActivity, And Need Help

I'm Extremely Sorry That I've Been Inactive My Internets & Computer Are Acting Extremely Stupid. If Anyone Can Help Me Fix DN, Or Tell Me Whats Going On With My Computer Please Pm Me or Reply.
My Issue With Duel Network Is Whenever I Go To Duel Network The Page is 1/2 Off Screen (I Can Only See The Top 1/2 Of What Your Supposed Able To See.
And My Issue With My Computer Is That Whenever Im On Any Academy, After A Minute Or Two It Logs Me Out. (Its Extremely Annoying)
