Most Broken Card Ever! Is this the end of yugioh?!

Card name:Soul Charge

effect:Target any number of monsters in your graveyard; special sjmmon them, if you do, you lose 1000 life points for each monster special summoned by this effect.you cannot conduct your battle phase the turn you activate this card.you can only activate one soul charge per turn.

Well it will get hit soon. It is slightly similar to rekindling but the only difference is that there is no defence limit and it can be a staple in most decks. It WILL be hit. This card seems very OP with mermails tho just the Rank 7 plays it opens up to. U get dark hole and u didn't go into dracossack? No problem play it, swarm, and go into rank 7's and force your opponent into a corner. I guess you can make two rank 7's in one turn 2 dracossacks in one turn which people could do before with Baby Dragon Rulers (Yes I used D Rulers at the time for fun because they and spellbooks were OP at the time and broken as fudge.)
