not sure about the build, seems ok for a cyber deck however better traps could be mained and less spells in the main. you said its a heavy otk deck but from what i saw it could contain cards that give more draw power to get the cards u need for an otk. side deck seemed ok however not much to counter other decks.
Skill - 15/25
he had no control at all in the first game, bearing in mind his hand was terrible. sided 2 swift and 2 fortress against me before the second duel, seemed good as having fortress could boost his attacks however in the second duel had no control either.
Ruling knowledge - 10/10

sorry bro u will remain in Ra Yellow. i not sure your deck choice was wise however with less spells and more draw power it could work to your advantage. Maybe next time bud
