Are you satisifed with october 2014 banlist yes or no?

I am.

I am satisfied. For a few reasons. Raigeki is back, and till now nobody used it against me. Wolfbark will help me a lot in my gladiator beast deck. Other than that, I didn't see many different things, at least to me.

Eh I can't say I'm satisfied. Though i can say im not surprised by the changes in the list. Mainly it was obvious satellas, shaddolls, and burning abyss are pretty much going to go through a complete format first before getting nerfed. Also its showed its progress of letting old things off the list that don't make as much impact in todays competitive play. This time it even had a surprise return of raigeki being one of the most destructive and annoying card from back in the day when it was released. Its bound to make a little bit of a splash after its long awaited return.

I cant wait to see what comes up surprising us this format.

The big 3 did NOT get nerfed at all, whatsoever. First off, Burning Abyss lost absolutely nothing in the banlist and is still one of the greatest decks this format. Shaddoll only lost 2 Super Poly, when in reality it was simply just a broken card for them to go massively plus and disrupt plays. They did NOT need this card at all, and it getting hit to 1 doesn't even bother them too much. Satellars lost a generic Rekindling, but in the process got a little bit more consistent through seeing a 3rd RotA off the list.

tl;dr: Nothing got nerfed; Dolls and Tellars simply lost generic power cards when they were already good enough on their own and didn't need them. They were simply "gamechangers" like BLS or Geargiagear.

I don't mind it tbh.

lol bro i didnt say they got nerfed i said they wont be nerfed until they have at least gone through a full format of opness xD.....though i didnt word that quite right ....meh oh well

I guess I was being to optimistic with what I WANTED off the banlist, rather than thinking about it realistically. I guess I'm happy though. My Lightsworns didn't get touched, so meh. Very Happy

The deck is based around milling. So saying that milling destroys this deck could be considered an oxymoron. Now, of course you don't choose what you mill, how over powered would that be? However, you can make sure that the cards that will be milled, are cards you don't mind being milled, that's why I run Lightrulers, instead of just traditional Lightsworn; as you don't mind milling your dragon rulers and you Judgment Dragons. It just helps you to get to the cards quicker, by banishing them and then adding them back to your hand when you actually need them. You call them inconsistent, I say you need to learn to build decks a bit better. Wink

doesnt matter how good the deck is .....the deck is terrible without JD xD

Actually, that's not true, I have another build I like to call Necrosworn. It doesn't contain Judgment Dragon, instead it's replaced by Chaos Necromancer. That version is not as good as the Lightruler variant, but it's pretty fucking awesome. Very Happy

I think Rota at 3 is fair.If Burning Abyss can have 3 Tour Guides, and Shaddolls can have 3 Sinister Shadow Games, and Artifacts can have 3 Artifact Sanctums, and Beast Warriors can have 3 Tenkis, then this its fair for tellaknights

I don't see why they would limit raigeki FROM FORBIDDEN! Sad
