| I do see your point and it may be unfair for others that i got promoted to admin so quickly.
It kinda hurts to see thus tbh. if you guys dont think that i desrce the position, then i will glady give it up if thats what makes you all happy

| this definitely in the best interest of the entire Academy, and as such i believe the staff should definitely be shrunk until we do get a lot more members on board to even out the number of members/staff
